La Compagnie de La Vérendrye is a living history group from Winnipeg that re-enacts military activity from the 18th century. They visited the Fort la Reine Museum on June 13, 2015, as it was one of many forts established (1738) by Quebec military officer Pierre Gaultier de Varennes, sieur de La Vérendrye.
